It's broken even if there is a reinforcement metal piece inside the pipe. He said lots of 3 series has a same issue, especially on the new ones. It uses more plastic to make the car lighter and cheaper.

This reminds me the difference between the 1st Gen and the 3rd Gen iPhones. People do the same thing all over, to cut the cost. :)
